Our story

Called to serve where we grew up

We are Kejdis and Rudina, and Albania is home. This is the country where we grew up, where we came to faith, and where God called us to invest our lives in seeing His church grow.

Albania spent decades as the world's only officially atheist state. When that era ended, a generation grew up with almost no exposure to the gospel. Today doors are open, and we believe the most lasting way to reach our nation is through healthy local churches that multiply.

Serving with Cru's Global Church Movements, we work alongside pastors, students, and everyday believers to start new faith communities and strengthen existing ones, one town and one family at a time.

What we do

Helping churches start and multiply

Plant

We help start new faith communities in towns and neighborhoods that have no gospel witness, beginning with relationships, hospitality, and Scripture in people's homes.

Train

We coach and equip local leaders, so that ministry is never dependent on us. Our goal is Albanian churches led by Albanians, for the long haul.

Multiply

Healthy churches start new churches. We help each community catch a vision to send, plant, and reproduce, so the movement outlives any one of us.

Where we serve

Albania

Albania is a small country on the Adriatic with a remarkable story. Closed to the outside world for most of the 20th century, it is now one of the most open places in Europe to talk about faith, yet evangelical believers remain a small fraction of the population.

That combination of openness and need is exactly why we serve here.
